The NOVA A-i130 is based on the conviction that nothing replaces the warmth of tubes to reproduce live music. The ECC81 tube pre-amplification stage introduces harmonic richness that transistors alone cannot offer—a soundstage depth, a carnal presence to the sound. But uncontrolled heat is not high fidelity. That's why the Class AB amplification section, powered by a 380 VA toroidal transformer, takes over with authority—capturing the most demanding dynamics, controlling the most recalcitrant speakers.  Downstream, the 4-channel DSP ADAU1452 and the ESS9017S DAC in Quad mode ensure that none of this precision is lost along the way. Its digital core is equally impressive, featuring a 4-channels DSP for room correction that is followed by an 8-channel ESS9017S DAC (used in Quad Mode) for high-resolution conversion. 4-Channel DSP ADAU1452

ECC81 Tube Pre-Amplification
