Tweak Technologies Return Policy
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
You have the right to return certain eligible items within 7 days of receiving them for a store credit or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unopened condition, with all packaging and labels intact. It should be exactly as you received it.
Return Process
To log a return, contact us at info@tweak.co.za.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your invoice or proof of purchase for quick processing.
You are responsible for safely returning the product to us.
We accept no responsibility for goods getting lost in transit.
Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
If the item is refunded, we'll deduct the return shipping and insurance cost from your final refund or credit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
If you notice shipping damage, sign for the parcel clearly indicating that it was received in a damaged condition and contact us immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as, among others, special/custom orders or personalised items.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or promotional items or pre-owned items.
We do not accept returns after 7 days unless it is defective. See “Retuning defective items” below.
Returning defective items
If an item develops a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, return it with proof of purchase for an exchange, following the procedure set out above.
Before returning, disable all security features and remove all personal data.
Defects manifesting after 30 days, will be repaired or replaced according to the CPA and in terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
