Metronome t|AQWO SACD / CD Transport
Métronome's great expertise allows them to offer you devices that is truly suited to your requirements, whether you are a pure CD and SACD lover or a user of dematerialized music.
t|AQWO carries on the tradition of the high-end Metronome Transport. Unlike its predecessors, it reads CDs as well as SACDs, and its re-sampling functions allow you to listen to your music in multiple formats and therefore provide the best input to your DAC.
The t|AQWO SACD transport embeds the famous SoundUnited pickup mechanism, adapted by Métronome for a perfect result in "top-loading". The power supply is of course external in a totally new Elektra.
For the SACD digital files, t|AQWO communicates with converters through a HDMI connection, and the firmwares will updated via a simple but clever USB socket. It is also able to down-sample or up-sample according to your wishes.
In order to obtain the best reproduction quality, it will be combined with the c|AQWO converter which has been jointly developed. A large 6 1/2 inch color screen makes it easy to read the current music information from a comfortable distance.
