Metronome AQWO SACD/CD Hybrid + DAC

The AQWO design is unique, robust and massive, in perfect relationship with the characteristic shapes of Métronome. Its large display is easy to read and navigate at a distance, and all the functions can be activated by the touchscreen. As a top-loading SACD/CD Transport, AQWO is based on a professional drive mechanism with proprietary improvements that reads your CDs and SACDs by bringing out every single detail from your discs and delivering fantastic audio performance.
A special feature of the AQWO range : the switchable analog tube output can be optional! It is factory mounted or purchased later, giving you the time to make your decision! AQWO is factory installed with AOP outputs. Like all Metronome converters, AQWO decodes PCM and DSD up to 512 (x8).

AQWO OPA / Tube Version

Complex engineering solutions and multi-PCB board design is specific for each AQWO
 - 6 electronic boards are used in total for an OPA output version
 - 8 electronic boards are used in total for a Tube output version.
The tube output section consists of 2 JAN6922 using a Class A polarization diagram with a high bandwidth. The output impedance is low so there is no loss in high frequency. The customer has the possibility to drive unbalanced or balanced pre-amps.
